It might interest readers to note that the Commission's Chairman and Vice Chaiman co-authored an account of their experiences once the Commission had completed its work. In it they admitted that they failed to ask enough tough questions and, alarmingly, were misled by the US government and the Pentagon during testimonial hearings.
