This new board will be dedicated to board games, in particular two player strategy games, though none are ruled out.
I've seen a number of free programmes on my travels and will try and implement some of them here over time. They all have CPU AIs, like the Chess Java applet at the top of the page. Try it out - for a simple Java applet, it plays a reasonable game. You play White. When you've finished, you'll have to refresh the screen to play again, since the 'New Game' button didn't work (so I removed it).
Also, maybe we could have a go at correspondence-style games like Chess, Checkers etc, where we post our moves one at a time in a thread-per-game format.
