A couple of weeks ago, the BBC's football gossip column suggested Ramos was chasing Barca's Samuel Eto'o as a possble replacement for Berbatov in the event he leaves this summer. My initial reaction was lmfao. I mean, what on earth would Eto'o come to Spurs for? But these rumours have persisted and they're getting more detailed. Here's the latest from today's BBC Gossip Column: Samuel Eto'o is the man manager Juande Ramos wants to replace Berbatov and Tottenham are seeking sponsors in a bid to meet the Cameroon striker's £100,000-a-week wage demands. Can this rumour possibly have some truth to it?
