Zimbabwe... Inflation is at over 165,000%. There is a major shortage of food and fuel. Over 80% of the country lives in poverty. Millions are leaving for neighbouring countries. Taking these factors into account, together with accusations of election-rigging, intimidation of the opposition, and now claims Mugabe's government is using food as a weapon in the Presidential run-off, is it time the international community enforced regime change in Zimbabwe? Source and full article: ReutersJOHANNESBURG (Reuters) - President Robert Mugabe's government is using food as a weapon ahead of Zimbabwe's June 27 presidential run-off election, U.S.-based group Human Rights Watch said on Wednesday.
The accusation came a day after CARE International said the government had ordered it to suspend its operations in Zimbabwe over allegations it was backing opposition leader Morgan Tsvangirai's presidential campaign. It denies the charge.
Other humanitarian groups have been told to stop their work for the same reasons, the government said on Wednesday. It did not respond to the charge that it was using food for political advantage in the election race.

There needs to be a change in Zimbabwe. There is so many things that are happening there that really ought to be stopped.
If food is being used to make people vote for someone other another person then this is wrong they shouldn't be allowed to do that, first and for most it's cheating. But also it's abuse over that person, starving them unless they vote.
Horrific.
