Change of forum structure

You may have noticed that there have been a few changes in the order of the categories and boards. They are:

• The 'General' category has been renamed as 'Off-Topic'
  
  
• 'The BIG Issue' has been moved from the 'Off-Topic' category and is now a sub-board of the 'News' board.
  
  
• The 'Science, Technology & Nature' board has been moved to the 'Off-Topic' category
  
  
• The 'Space & Astronomy' board has been moved to the 'Off-Topic' category
  
  
• The 'Science & Technolgy' category has been deleted
  
  
• The 'Conspiracies' category has been moved below the 'Off-Topic' category so it sits directly above the Resources category

I think these changes represent a better and more logical structure than the one that evolved as we added more boards, but let us know if you disagree or see room for further rationalisation.
